In memory of all Earthquake and Tsunami victims...
So 47,534 confirmed and 51,591 estimated.
Indonesia:25,726 confirmed and 28,502 estimated
Australia:9,702 confirmed and 10,268 estimated
Malaysia:8,431 confirmed and 8,763 estimated
Thailand:1,828 confirmed and 2,083 estimated
Vietnam:962 confirmed and 1,074 estimated
Cambodia:663 confirmed and 666 estimated
Papau New Guinea:176 confirmed and 189 estimated
East Timor:19 confirmed and 19 estimated
Brunei:13 confirmed and 13 estimated
China:8 confirmed,8 estimated
Phillipines:6 confirmed,6 estimated
So,I changed it. The cast are near Bangkok,Thailand instead of the West coast.
A 9.1 earthquake struck the north coast of Java,Indonesia.
The tsunami first hits Java, then Sumatra and Kalimantan. It heads towards East Timor and Australia and then slightly hits Papau New Guinea. Meanwhile,it hits Malaysia,Brunei and heads towards the Gulf of Thailand hitting Thailand,Cambodia and Vietnam. It heads towards China & Taiwan,The Phillipines with minor damage and completely breaks after.
I decided to change it,since its pretty impossible for that much deaths to happen in Australia since there was barely any space between Indonesia and Malaysia
Hmmm… I couldn’t wrap my brain around that one!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN ABOUT ME?!?!? I WAS FROM 2010!
That's a great idea for a movie!
WATCH MY SERIES NAMED "SMILE!"
Oh come on you stereotype believer e.e
It's not like you can easily get killed in Africa.
Well, generally Thaïland is safer than Africa, so Thaïland would be a better place to hide in my opinion. :)
Well actually African countries affected only had 1-80 deaths (Less than 10 in every country, except for SOmalia which had 78)
YAY, I love being right! Yes, considering that Thaïland had less deaths than India and Sri Lanka (despite the fact that Thaïland is not as populated), Thaïland was probably the safest place to be at the time. However, some areas still got really damaged, like Phucket, Thaïland (yes, that is a real city, I'm not swearing xD)
Yeah you ARE right.
Indonesia had about 150,000 deaths. Sri Lanka and India which had around 20,000-30,000 deaths were a lot farther from Indonesia than Thailand, which only had about 6,000 deaths. So if it wasn't for Indonesia, then Thailand would have been hit A LOT HARDER.
And Indonesia shielded Thaïland. Yes, I know Thaïland still got hit, but most of it didn't suffer a lot and it wasn't that damaged. Indonesia spent WAY more money cleaning it's debris up.
About the 2004 Indian Ocean Boxing Day Earthquake and Tsunami:
Madagascar was literally a sheild to Mozambique.
I can picture all pretty well :$ just saying.
Wow, you must be good at picturing natural disasters too! I can picture Hurricanes, Tornadoes, and Thunderstorms pretty well :)
It would happen at north point of the Sumatra,Indonesia. It would hit Thailand and the part of Malaysia bordering Thailand. Then squeeze thru the tiny spot of ocean inbetween Indonesia and Malaysia and hit Australia. Meanwhile,it would travel to the Bay of Bengal and hit Myannamar (Burma) and Bangladesh and India and Sri Lanka. it will turn weak, And go towards the Arabian Sea. But first slightly hit Maldives. It would hit Yemen,Oman,Somalia,go thru the Gulf of Aden just a bit to hit Djibouti
Not really into the Pacific. Lemme explain exactly what would happen.
Yes, I am good at picturing natural disasters. It would be really big, it would probably get into the Pacific too
Can you actually picture how the tsunami would happen, looking at your globe?
Those are some big numbers :O
Please note that this wasn't a real earthquake and tsunami so there is no need to get upset.
So 210,093 confirmed deaths. 241,720 estimated deaths. Because of an unsurity about death tolls,it just about ties the 2004 Boxing Day Indian Ocean Earthquake & Tsunami.
Indonesia:92,723 confirmed 103,937 estimated.
Malaysia:37,151 confirmed 44,728 est.
Australia:28,184 confirmed 36,253 est.

RamonaFan. I replied on one of your movies as well.
Hey, rad, I have a question. What was the name of that user who supposedly died of throat cancer then her parents and sister supposedly came back on the site and told the ZT users that she died. I remember that when it happened, like, years ago, but i forget her ZT nickname. And you were talking about it on the frontpage blog, and then I remembered it. What was her name again?
It was the last part? Awwwww D':
Try looking at some other movies for ideas.
I bet this took a lot of work!
Why do you always say that?
Oh... in that case, carry on. :)
Keep up the fantabulous movie making! Wow!
What I mean is that 12 days of vacation they have 12 days left to be there and like help re-build and clean up
they go through a giant Tsunami, half their friends die, one of them breaks their leg, and they STILL want to have their vacation? This is a sad series :'( , but if I was one of them I would go back home. But anyway, this was an awesome series! Even though it was short ;)
It's the last part though...
Waaa! That's really scary! But like Kat says, they need to keep strong. It keeps getting more exciting! >U<
